Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you book a paid online programme on this website, for example Women’s Reset. Circle tickets (sold through Hipsy) and 1:1 sessions follow the rules on their own pages. Free events (such as the workshop Kadının Ritmi) have no payment; how we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Ece Ertemalp Wellbeing is a sole proprietorship (ZZP) based in Purmerend, Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK). You can reach us at info@eceertemalp.com.

Booking and payment

Your registration for a paid programme is complete when we have received your payment through our payment provider, Stripe. The price is shown on the programme page in euro and in Turkish lira; you pay the amount shown on the payment page, in one of these currencies.

If you cannot take part

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the first live session, you receive a refund of the amount you paid. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the first live session, or after it has started, we do not refund the price; if you do not take part, the same applies. You can pass your spot on to another person at any time; you find that person yourself, and we confirm by e-mail once it is done.

To cancel, to pass your spot on or to choose a refund after a date change, e-mail info@eceertemalp.com with your name, the e-mail address you booked with and, if you pass your spot on, the name and e-mail address of the other person. The time we receive your e-mail counts, and the first live session starts at the time announced for it.

If we cancel or change the programme

If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid. If we change its dates, you can choose a full refund of the amount you paid instead of the new dates. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe; when the amount shows on your statement depends on your bank.

Your rights

These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Our programmes are educational. They are not a substitute for individual medical care and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
