I guide women back to the wisdom of their bodies, their rhythm, and their inner knowing.
THE APPROACH
Intuition is not a mystical gift. It is not something you either have or don't. It is a skill — one that grows through practice, presence, and time. The quiet knowing that surfaces when the body feels safe, when the heart, the gut, the womb, and the mind are in harmony.
Most of us were never taught to listen this way. We were taught to push through, to override, to manage. And so the body speaks louder — through stress, through symptoms, through the feeling that something is off but looks fine on paper.
Embodied Intuitive Wellbeing is a body-based, science-informed approach — not a set of rules, but a way of listening.
It starts in the nervous system. We slow down, feel safe in the body, soften, settle. The body's signals become audible again — its sensations, its rhythm, its quiet intelligence.
A meeting with the wisdom of nature, your own inner knowing, your intuition. Not knowledge held in the mind, but wisdom felt in the body.
And when that knowing becomes your guide, something shifts. You begin to live intuitively — eating when you're truly hungry, resting when your body asks, moving in ways that nourish rather than deplete. You sense the nature, the moon, the seasons — and sync to them. You stop outsourcing your decisions to rules, trends, or other people's plans.
You start listening to the one voice that has always known: your own.
"Wellbeing that begins in the body and grows into deep self-trust."
Nervous System Care
Learning to settle the body's stress response. Moving from survival mode into rest, safety, and ease. The essential ground on which everything else is built.
THE TOOLS
Somatic Practice
Working with the body directly through movement, breath, and sensation to release what words can't reach. Learning to hear the body's signals, to sense, to feel rather than only think, and to meet each moment with awareness.
Cyclical Living
Aligning your daily rituals, the foods you eat, and the way you rest with the rhythms of the earth, the moon, and your own cycles. Finding ease by flowing with your nature, instead of against it.
The Life That Looked Perfect
For most of my life, my body carried a quiet tension I couldn't name. A delicate nervous system. A stomach that was always uneasy. Hormones that never quite settled. Doctors found no clear solution, so I kept going.
And going meant pushing.
I entered one of Turkey's top universities on a full scholarship, became an engineer, built a career as an international sales manager, traveled the world, and managed 20+ countries across Asia, Africa & the Levant.
I tried every fix along the way: no gluten, no lactose, superfoods, fasting. A very active social life, hobbies. No time to get bored.
From the outside, it looked exactly like the life I'd dreamed of.

The Question That Changed Everything
But somewhere along the way, something stopped feeling aligned. I began to ask questions I'd never asked before.
Who am I? What do I actually love? How does my body even feel?
That was the moment awareness stepped in. And I realized: I didn't know. I had never known.
That inner questioning, at 28, became the turning point of my life. I spent years succeeding in a fast-moving industry, but my medicine was exactly the opposite: slowing down and listening to my body.

Coming Home to Myself
I left my corporate path and dived into over 1,300 hours of training — yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, sacred space holding, and so many others. I became an explorer of my own body, my own life.
Over the years, my path has been shaped by remarkable teachers and teachings. A Buddhist Centre in the UK, working with Prof. Ruth Baer in the Oxford Mindfulness programme, an Ayurvedic healing village in India, writing my Ayurveda thesis on the mind-gut connection, learning from Godfrey Devereux's modern yet ancient teachings, two months in Bali, living in the middle of nowhere, ten days of silence. Each one opened something in me I hadn't known was closed. Not only learning about the body, but learning through it.
Different cultures, different teachings, ancient wisdom, and science. Always the same truth: your own truth.
Over time, what began as theory became something I truly embody. They became lived experiences that heal me, return me to myself, and touch my intuition.

FROM MY JOURNAL, 2025
“It's been a long time since I felt my stomach this soft. I've never experienced breathing this gently, a mind this calm. I really cried for this. I didn't know it was possible. Being centered within myself, accepting, embracing all parts of me. Finding peace, even when life feels like a mess.”
Where It All Came Together
At the beginning of 2026, I found myself close to burnout again. Running my own business abroad, living the dream but something wasn't working inside. Exhausted even while teaching these very things.
I took my own hand with compassion. You know the way back. Let's return.
It had taken 35 years for my body to step out of survival mode the first time. Now it took only a few months.
Embodied Intuitive Wellbeing finally became clear, not as a concept, but as something I could feel. I finally understood my real key: My healing was never outside of me. It was within, in my inner knowing. My intuition, the kind that only comes from a grounded, regulated nervous system. What to eat, when to rest, which decision to make, it all comes back to that knowing.

"I will keep holding the hand of that little girl, that wild woman full of passion and together, we will find our way back, again and again."

How It Lives in Me Now
I start each day by checking in with myself. How am I feeling? What does my body need today? I follow the moon, my cycle, the seasons. From there, I adjust the pace of my day as much as I can— what I eat, how I move, and how I rest.
It's funny. I started with Latin dance, then tango, then ecstatic, intuitive dance. I cooked from healthy recipe books, now I sense what the body needs, and I cook intuitively. I played flute; now I sing intuitively with my drum.
Over time, theory turned into intuition. And everything began to flow, without resistance.
No rules. Just your senses and your truth.
If this resonates with you, I welcome you.
No rules. Just your body, your rhythm, your truth. The Circle is open.
