WHAT IT IS
A private practice, shaped entirely around you.
Not a standard yoga class. Not a workout.
A practice. A return. A rhythm.
A living blend of somatic movement, yoga, breath, meditation and nervous system work shaped by your Ayurvedic constitution, your current state, and where you are in your own rhythm: your cycle, the season, the chapter of life you're in.
Some sessions are slow and yin-like, with long exhales. Some move stronger. Over time, you begin to recognize what your body is asking for and how to respond.

Body
The heart of this practice. We begin by settling the nervous system, creating a base of safety within the body. From that ground, what's tense can soften, and what's numb can wake, you build awareness step by step. Then we go deeper, get close to our sensations, remembering how to listen to what your body is saying. We work through somatic movement, breath, and meditation.
Cycles
Practices aligned with your cycle, the moon and the seasons, so your energy is supported by your rhythm, not spent against it.
Wisdom
Timeless practices translated into your modern life: Ayurvedic daily rhythms, meditation, and small rituals you can actually keep. So the practice lives in your days, not only in our sessions.

We begin with an free intake session to understand your constitution, your rhythm and cycle. So we can design a tailor made practice for you. Sessions are 90 minutes, online or in person.

Embodiment Pratice is a supportive wellbeing practice, not therapy or medical treatment. All practices are gentle, invitational, and designed to support self-awareness, nervous system care, and connection with your body.

This depends on your needs once a week or more often, we find the rhythm that works for you. For lasting change, I recommend at least three months of practice together; this is how the body learns, settles, and makes the practice its own.

None at all. You arrive exactly as you are. The practice meets you there. No preparation, no prior experience needed.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session can be transferred to another session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
