Spring Kitchen Cooking Workshop
Sunday, 12 April 2026 · 12:30–15:30
Welcome spring by nourishing your body with seasonal wisdom from Ayurveda. Spring is a time of renewal, cleansing, and awakening after the heaviness of winter. In this hands-on kitchen workshop, we’ll focus on light, warming, and balancing foods that support digestion and help you feel more energized and refreshed. Together, we will cook, eat and learn!
What to expect:
Ground: Begin with a short grounding exercise to leave the “busy-ness” of life behind.
Learn: Discover the Ayurvedic qualities of Winter vs. Spring and what your body specifically needs.
Cook: Hands-on preparation of seasonal, balancing dishes.
Eat: A communal long-table lunch to enjoy our creations.
Reflect: Close with a moment of connection and shared wisdom.
What we cook:
Ginger Pickle
Creamy Asparagus Soup
Beetroot Kitchari
Seasonal Harvest Fruit Crumble
House-Brewed Herbal Tea
As we cook, you’ll also receive practical Spring Ayurvedic tips on:
- How to adjust your diet as the seasons change
- Supporting digestion and natural detox processes
- Letting go of winter heaviness and inviting lightness
- Simple daily rituals to feel clearer, lighter, and more in tune with spring
This workshop is ideal if you want to experience Ayurveda through cooking, taste, and seasonal awareness—and leave with tools you can easily apply in daily life.
✨ Come cook, learn, taste, and welcome spring with intention.
