Maybe it shows up as tension you can't release. A tiredness that sleep doesn't fix. Cycles that feel chaotic. A quiet sense of not being at home; in your body, in this country, in this chapter of your life.

You're not broken. You're not failing. You've just been moving too fast to hear what your body has been saying all along.

The Circle is a place to slow down, listen and reconnect.

Not a workshop. Not a therapy session.

As someone who had never attended a women’s circle before, I truly loved Ece’s calm presence, gentle guidance, and the safe space she created. I felt comfortable and secure. Is this a therapy?

The Circle is a supportive wellbeing space, not therapy or medical treatment. All practices are gentle, invitational, and designed to support self-awareness, nervous system care, and connection.

What to bring

Journal, comfortable clothes, water, shawl

Agenda

Grounding and arrival practice, gentle somatic movement, breath and voice-based practices, moon-inspired ritual, sharing in circle, closing integration

Do I have to introduce myself and share and do everything?

Everything is invitational. You are never required to share more than feels right.

No prior experience needed. Just yourself, as you are.
