What Is Embodied Flow?

Embodied Flow goes beyond the standard definition of yoga. It is a living synthesis of somatic movement, meditation, breath and nervous system reset thoughtfully blended to meet you exactly where you are.

This practice is not just about movement, it’s about restoring harmony to your body, mind, and soul. Each 1:1 session is uniquely crafted based on your Ayurvedic constitution, current imbalances, and personal needs. It offers profound support for physical, mental, and emotional health issues you may be struggling with. Each session we create space for healing and transformation.

Along this journey, you may notice your nervous system softening into balance, your breath becoming gentler, your mind growing calmer, and your body both softening and strengthening. You may begin to feel more connected to your body, more aware, and truly at ease. With time, this journey often unfolds into greater vitality, joy, and a deep sense of fulfillment—a true return to your authentic self.

Your Journey to Wellbeing

1. Free Introductory Meeting (15 Minutes)

During this session, I will briefly explain the details and get to know each of us a little better. This will help us discover whether I can support you effectively and whether we are a good fit. If we both feel aligned, and you are ready to craft your life and health, I would be glad to accompany you on this path—as a guide and companion.

2. Short Intake (15 Minutes)

Prior to this session, you'll complete a health questionnaire in order to determine your ayurvedic constitution, your imbalances, and your unique needs. I take time to listen to your story. We discuss your complaints, goals, lifestyle, and patterns (diet, sleep, stress), which will allow me to plan your individualized road map.

3. Weekly sessions (70 Minutes)

Based on our inputs and weekly checks, I plan each session individually, depending on your unique needs and set goals in collaboration with you.  The core focus is creating self-awareness and bringing balance to your body by infusing our work with playfulness, curiosity, and deep compassion.
